Delivery
Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Generally, your order will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping method
If the weight (less than 2KG) and volume (fits through the letterbox) of the product allow, your order will be handled as letterbox mail. You can choose the shipping method during checkout.
Shipping costs
Free shipping within the Netherlands & Belgium.
Return costs
Return costs are for the customer's account, as www.klarigo.nl has covered the shipping costs. In the event of damage and/or defects that have occurred through no fault of the customer, www.klarigo.nl will reimburse the return costs.
